We are directly across the Comal River from Hinman Island
Park, above the City Tube Chute, with direct river access and tubing outfitters nearby. Landa Park, Schlitterbahn
and Wurstfest are all nearby.
Interior doors connect the living areas of our two 2-bedroom condos to provide
a total of four bedrooms and 3-1/2 baths, with a washer & dryer in the half bath - a great way for your family to have
"togetherness" and still have privacy. Together they can accommodate up to 12 adults and a number of children.
Priority is given to families renting both units, but at times each unit may be available separately. Please use the
